Heavenly Beef Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the fresh egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the garlic, onion, and bell pepper until they are tender.
  4. Return the beef to the wok, then add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and beef broth. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss to coat them with the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the beef noodles to a serving dish and serve hot.
