Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package round dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat the edges to seal the dumplings.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add water to the skillet and cover to steam the dumplings until the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the Heavenly Dumplings hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
