Heavenly Kozhe (Коже)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb or beef, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the meat, rice, and onion to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in the milk and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
