Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Press the bread crumb mixture onto the mayonnaise-coated salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the dill sauce by mixing together the Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
