Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the top of each fillet.
  5. Press the bread crumb mixture onto the mayonnaise-coated salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
