Ingredients
- 1 whole duck, cut into pieces
- 10g dried red dates
- 10g dried goji berries
- 10g dried longan
- 4 slices ginger
- 2 stalks spring onion, cut into sections
- 2.5L water
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Blanch the duck pieces in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
- In a large pot, add the blanched duck, dried red dates, dried goji berries, dried longan, ginger, and spring onion.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Skim off any impurities that rise to the surface.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 2 hours.
- Season with salt to taste before serving.
