Ingredients
- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 piece of ginger, sliced
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 cloves
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the hibiscus flowers, ginger, sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove the hibiscus flowers and spices.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
