Himalayan Fried Rice
Himalayan Fried Rice is a popular dish in Nepalese cuisine, known for its flavorful combination of rice, vegetables, and spices.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
- Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
