Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
