Hmarcha Sai (smoked Pork Sausages)

Ingredients

  • 500g smoked pork sausages
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now, add the turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  4. Add the smoked pork sausages and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the sausages are cooked through, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
