Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and coconut milk to make the marinade.
