Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the lemongrass, onion, garlic, and red chili to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
