Ingredients
- 1 small Korean pumpkin, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 cup sweet rice flour
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the diced pumpkin and cook until soft, about 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the sweet rice flour with 1 cup of water to make a slurry.
- Pour the slurry into the pot and stir well to combine.
- Add the sugar and a pinch of salt, then simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
