Ingredients
- 2 cups Hokkaido milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat Hokkaido milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Once the milk is warm, add the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into serving cups or molds. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top the pudding with fresh berries.
