Ingredients
- 300g Hokkien noodles
- 200g prawns, shelled and deveined
- 200g squid, cleaned and sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 200g bean sprouts
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add prawns and squid, and stir-fry until they turn pink and opaque.
- Push the seafood to one side of the wok, crack the eggs into the empty space, and scramble them.
- Add the Hokkien noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes until the noodles have absorbed the flavors.
