Ingredients

  • 2 cups honey beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons palm oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash the honey beans and place in a pot.
  2. Add water to cover the beans and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the palm oil and sauté the onions and tomatoes until soft.
  4. Add the cooked honey beans, ground crayfish, chili powder, and salt to the sautéed onions and tomatoes. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the honey beans hot and enjoy!
