Ingredients
- 2 cups honey beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons palm oil
- 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Wash the honey beans and place in a pot.
- Add water to cover the beans and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes or until tender.
- In a separate pan, heat the palm oil and sauté the onions and tomatoes until soft.
- Add the cooked honey beans, ground crayfish, chili powder, and salt to the sautéed onions and tomatoes. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the honey beans hot and enjoy!
