Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken pieces with this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add honey, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cornstarch-water mixture to the sauce and stir until it thickens.
- Toss in the fried chicken pieces, coating them in the honey chilli sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
