Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, sugar, melted butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and knead in the chopped walnuts. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the cozonac for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
