Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, cut into cubes

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
