Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 1/4 lb minced pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add minced pork to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
- Pour in Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
