Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, sliced
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped

- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and five-spice powder. Stir well.
- Add tofu and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
