Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and five-spice powder. Stir well.
