Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder, bone-in
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, orange juice, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the pork, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and roast in the oven for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender and the top is crispy.
- Once done, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
