Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Add the horse meat chunks to the pot and brown on all sides.
