Ingredients
- 10-12 red chili peppers, stemmed and roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the chili peppers, garlic, red onion, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the blended chili mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the white vinegar and simmer for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
