Ingredients

  • 2 kg fresh octopus
  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
