Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and fish)
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 6 cups seafood or chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
