Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, and fish)
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 6 cups seafood or chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in the turmeric, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the seafood or chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the mixed seafood and fish sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Season with salt to taste.
