Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 red chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and red chilies. Cook until fragrant.
- Add the pork slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan and toss to combine with the pork and sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
