Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the tofu, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, green onions, and red chilies.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
