Htamin Jin Thoke (spicy Shan Tofu Salad)

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tofu, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, green onions, and red chilies.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and salt.
