Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped Napa cabbage
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 package round dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press the edges to seal, creating a half-moon shape.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and pork mixture.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper and steam for 15-20 minutes, until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are tender.
