Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped Napa cabbage
- 2 green onions, finely chopped

- 24 round dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the dumplings in half and press the edges to seal.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the dumplings and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
