Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked chickpeas and rinse them under cold water.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the spices and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
