Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried chickpeas, soaked overnight

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  2. Add the minced garlic, diced tomatoes, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
