Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
