Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the green beans and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they start to blister and turn brown in spots.
- Push the green beans to the side of the wok, add a bit more oil if needed, then add the garlic, ginger, and red chilies. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the green beans are tender-crisp and coated in the sauce.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
