Ingredients
- 2 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Spread the apple mixture on one half of each pancake, then fold the other half over the filling.
- Continue cooking the filled pancakes until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the Almás Palacsinta warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
