Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the pork over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the cabbage and carrots, and cook until the cabbage starts to wilt.
- Add the white beans, chicken broth, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

- Discard the bay leaves before serving.
