Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, and salt to make the pancake batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
