Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 100g cottage cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, and butter. Mix until smooth.
- Add the chopped onion, sweet paprika, caraway seeds, and sour cream to the cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Fold in the chopped chives.
- Transfer the körözött to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
