Hungarian Lecsó Delight (Lecsó)

Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 eggs (optional)
- 4 sausages (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the sliced peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- If desired, create wells in the lecsó and crack the eggs into the wells, or add the sausages to the pan and cook until done.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
