Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4-6 skewers
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Thread the lamb cubes onto the skewers, then brush with vegetable oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
