Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3-4 dried red chilies
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add dried red chilies, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
