Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 dried red chilies
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add dried red chilies, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Pour the sauce into the wok and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
