Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
- Add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
- Add garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
