Ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
  5. Add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  6. Add garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
