Ingredients
- 6 large green chilies
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

Instructions
- Slit the green chilies lengthwise, remove the seeds, and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Dip each chili in the batter, making sure it's well coated, and carefully drop it into the hot oil.
- Fry until the bajjis are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
