Hyogo Kobe Crab Carnival

Ingredients

  • 500g Kobe crab meat
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup grated daikon radish
