Ingredients
- 4 mahi-mahi fillets
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 limes, juiced and zested

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
