Ingredients
- 4 snapper fillets
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the snapper fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of cooking oil.
