Ingredients

  • 4 snapper fillets
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the snapper fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of cooking oil.
