Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced fish, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, add the coconut milk, diced tomato, chopped onion, cucumber, and red chili (if using) to the marinated fish. Mix well.
