Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh white fish fillets, diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced fish, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the coconut milk, diced tomato, chopped onion, cucumber, and red chili (if using) to the marinated fish. Mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt, if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
