Ingredients
- 4 snapper fillets
- 1 mango, diced

Instructions

- Season the snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the snapper fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- Top the cooked snapper fillets with the mango salsa.
