  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lime, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with turmeric powder and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and red chilies until fragrant.
