Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 4 lemongrass stalks, bruised

- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 lime, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate the fish fillets with turmeric powder and salt for 15 minutes.

- Sauté garlic and red chilies until fragrant.
- Add lemongrass stalks and continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
