Ilish Bhaja (crispy Fried Hilsa)

Ingredients

  • 500g Hilsa fish, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup mustard oil for frying

  1. Wash the Hilsa fish pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
