Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and chicken broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add garlic, snow peas, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the wok and pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
