Ingredients
- 250g dried mopane worms

Instructions
- Rehydrate the dried mopane worms in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

- Add the rehydrated mopane worms to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the worms are cooked through.
