Instructions

- Add enough water to cover the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the jackfruit is tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove the bay leaves and adjust the seasoning if needed.
